First off, I want to thank any and all of you that thought of me in my time of bereavement. Thanks to Kellina @kellinasthoughts.blogspot.com for the condolences. I know that death is a part of life, but knowing that does not make it any easier. My grandmother was a good woman who loved the Lord and her family as well. With 11 kids and 36 grandchildren, you gotta have alot of love to go around!!! I will miss her beautiful face, warm smile, and kind spirit forever!!!
I started this blog as a hobby--a means to unwind and meet new people and possible forget about the woes of the world. And these days, I really needed to try to unwind!!
Anywho, I cam across this picture of Solange Knowles on esscence.com. I think she looks beautiful in a simple classic white and black number, but she really went hard on the accessories and it paid off!! The turquoise is the perfect pop of color, and the illusion shoes are a new trend.
The turquois bag is really the highlight of this outfit. I have one that I got from Aldo, but I have yet to wear it. Here are a few that I found that you frugal fashionistas may like. I couldn't find one as cute as hers, but for the price, these are good.
